At Calla, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal to ensure faster processing.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of generating the label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
